Repair was fine. I had to point out some additional damage on part of the taillight. They then took the car back into the shop to buff. They also broke the cable of my dash cam. The tire pressure of my rear tires were extremely low. I had to take the vehicle back to them to make sure it was a leak

Communication was terrible. When I received text messages advising me that My vehicle was nearing completion , I called to check on when I could expect my vehicle as I was going out of town for a few days and needed to return the rental if my vehicle wasn’t r going to be ready before I left, I felt like the GM was annoyed. He said those are automated messages and he will call me. He also told me that he was waiting for supplemental authorization which had already been requested. But when I contacted the insurance company they had not received anything. When I called him a few days later he said he had sent it over on Wednesday afternoon and I had spoken to him on Wednesday morning. He also promised to call me back after checking my vehicle and he never did.

All team members provided excellent customer service, communication, and attention to detail from start to finish. From reception to management, my concerns and questions were addressed thoroughly and completely. I received detailed and timely updates regarding the progress of my vehicle throughout the entire process. As far as the attention to detail, the parts of my car that were repaired look better than the parts of my car that didn’t need the repairs! Upon pick up, the team and management went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with the condition of my vehicle. Thank you!
