There are scratches on both back plastic fenders that weren’t there when I dropped the vehicle off and weren’t part of the repairs that were noted to be done. Will be bringing vehicle back in to have them buffed out or replaced.

I apologize for the delay in responding about the absolutely Best experience ever I have had taking My Car in for what I Thought was some easy Body Repair. “Caliber Collision” examined All of the Area relavent to where the damage occurred from my ‘Freak’ accident. I was already confident I was not getting any double talk!! I was Super impressed with the continual Update the Owner/ Manager kept me Updated throughout the entire Repair. My appreciation never gave me a moment of hesitation that my Car was in the Best, Reliable hands!! When My Car was ready to pickup, Charlie explained what was repaired at the end of the Service. Stepping into my Car to get back to work I felt like the first day after I bought my Kona less than a year ago. I can’t Impress how much I felt Safe,Happy, and confident I am with my experience!! My experience with Caliber Collision was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, the level of service was beyond anything I could have expected. I will be recommending this shop to all my friends and family without a doubt. Angie and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth, seamless, and stress-free. We had a small hiccup where we couldn’t locate the key to our tire locks, but Angie didn’t hesitate to help. She went out of her way to find a solution—calling the dealership on my behalf and even offering to drive mt car over if they had a fix. While we ended up needing to order a new set, it was truly remarkable how far she went to make sure I had the best possible experience. It’s rare to encounter such outstanding customer service, and I’m so grateful for her dedication and care.
