From start to finish, this has been one of the best customer service experiences i have had in a very very long time. Prompt call to schedule, even worked with me on schedule needs. Receptionist very personable and knowledgeable in her role. The streamlined process between enterprise rental car and Caliber collision was user friendly and convenient! Charlie kept me regularly informed as promised and went above and beyond expectations until the very end at pick up, addressing everything. Everyone was great from start to finish. They originally gave me a three week timeline and they were done with my SUV in a week and a half. When they were done and I received my SUV it looked brand new like I had just bought it off the car lot. They even detailed my car for me. They are the best.
