The team this Caliber has is AWESOME! Everyone helped and where very friendly, I wish I can remember the girl name in the front desk she went beyond to help us with the insurance and Charlie and John where absolute great when picking up our vehicle Charlie was out so John came out and explained every detailed that was repaired he also helped and placed plates on the car! 1000% recommend.. will definitely be using them hopefully never but I would.. Thanks team yall are Awesome

Customer service was hit and miss for me, we had this service initially scheduled when the main scheduler was out of the office, so the info we received during the claim wasn't always the same. That being said, the end of the claim was better in communication, and we are satisfied with the repairs.
