Like I said before, I question the validity of the charges being so high. Is this company policy to charge the complete deductible?

Drew Kahl was very personable and helpful. We walked around the car pointing out all body damage. There was a stripe of "rubber" along the side and many little dings and paint scratches. Drew said all of them would be addressed and the rubber would be removed. When we picked up the car, it did not look like any of the dings had been addressed and the rubber was still there. As to the body work to repair the bumper, all of it was under the car so I couldn't see it.
