They didn’t finish the repair because they forgot to install the plate above my bumper

I was happy with the updates on my car through out the process. I was disappointed that I have to take my car back to have them finish the work because they forgot to install a plate on the top of my bumper and I have black finger prints on the fabric area by my steering wheel
