I was updated constantly with the status of my car by Jaime which was very nice and not something I was totally used to with other shop I've experienced. The repairs took slightly longer than expected and I was left without a car due to a miscommunication between caliber and enterprise. This would be my only reason for not having a straight 10. Honestly seemed like it might have been more on enterprise's end because of the great communication that I had received from Jaime. Overall good service and I was impressed with how smoothly the not so great situation was handled.

Juan Chavez was extremely helpful during the process of getting my Jeep fixed on my first accident. His communication during the ordeal was superb and he was highly engaged throughout the repair job and keeping me updated. He made an effort to help out whenever he could and for that, I’m beyond grateful. His level of customer service makes Caliber Collision an easy choice for me whenever I’m having issues with my vehicle. Thanks for your persistence and working with me Juan! Renee at the store on Abilene was very helpful during the 2nd accident repairs. She kept me updated during the process and was quick and responsive to ensure that my needs were met regarding the upkeep of my Jeep. She’s kind and very pleasant and that type of demeanor goes a very long way with people who’ve entrusted their vehicle with you. These two were both great and I’m thankful for the both of them!
