I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision from start to finish. The front desk staff was professional, prompt, and incredibly helpful. She made sure I received assistance right away, clearly explained every step of the process, and maintained great communication throughout. She also coordinated my Enterprise rental car, which made the entire experience so much more convenient. Austin was equally outstanding. He was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. Over the past three weeks, he consistently provided updates so I always knew the status of my vehicle. When I picked up my car, he took the time to thoroughly explain all of the repairs that had been completed and answered all of my questions. I was completely satisfied with the service I received at Caliber Collision. If I ever need collision repairs again, I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you for providing such high-quality service and making a stressful situation much easier to navigate!
