Over all the completed work looks good. They did save the bed side by repairing it instead of replacing it. The shop did damage the steps but did tell us and took the steps and had them fixed and redone. However, When I went to pick up the vehicle, the bed side had runs in it in three different spots, causing waisted time I have to pay my driver to take a second trip back to pick up the vehicle. When I got it back home, under further inspection found that paper tags, taped paper and an exhaust gasket seal were still attached to the new muffler. The seal was still in its unopened original packaging. The QC at the end needs improvement. This is the first repair we have had with this Caliber Collision. I have used other Caliber Collision shops and have had great experiences with them.

They were able to save my original bed and the body works looks great. The paint had some runs in it when I went to pick it up but the took it in and got it back to me same day. My only complaint would be better qc before the delivery

There automated system let me know which stage of repair the vehicle was in. My estimator did change through the process and the second person was much better at keeping me up to date on the process.

I spoke with a lady about fixing a rock chip that was in my windshield while my truck was there. That didn't happen. Also, they left all of the paper floor mats in my truck for me to deal with rather that throwing them away before they gave me the truck

I had excellent service. Everyone was very communicative and went above and beyond to help me get my car back. They even met me on a Saturday to help me out which I greatly appreciate. Great quality work as well.
