I put my truck in the shop on August 12th to have the front end repaired from a collision. I had a camping trip planned over the Labor Day weekend and needed my truck back no later than 27th of August. They ordered the parts they needed from their distributor, but the headlight that came in was the wrong one. So they sent it back and re-ordered the light fixture. A week and a half later, they still had not received the correct light fixture to fix the truck. Since we were approaching the date that I needed it back, I was getting very nervous that I would have to cancel my plans, But when I talked to Ali, (the manager over my project), about my plans, he made it a top priority and went over and above in working with his distributor to get the part he needed for my truck and get it back to me by the 27th when I needed it. He was able to get the light fixture expedited and it came in on the morning of the 27th. They had my truck back together and ready for me by lunchtime that day, and it looked brand new!! We were able to take our trip and had a great time thanks to Ali and the whole staff at Caliber Collision!

I absolutely love this. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful .. they also were pretty fast fixing the vehicle. They left my car brand new cleaning it inside and out. They literaly went abone and beyond. Thank you.
