Had other experiences and on my other vehicle my door was pryed open and was never fixed properly so I hear air coming through the door at all times

The staff at this Caliber location were simply amazing! Janet welcomed me upon arrival and it set the tone with her professionalism. I went to the other Caliber closer to Colfax and Chambers and it was not a good experience. Janet should be commended for her positive attitude and willingness to make the process easy. Jeremy was also a great representative with good customer service. He explained the process, kept in touch with me throughout with updates and at the end, explained thoroughly all of the work which was completed. He should be commended. I would recommend this Caliber location to anyone who needs repairs. They were outstanding!

I would definitely recommend this particular location. I would not recommend the location on Colfax near Chambers. They are unprofessional and the shop entrance was not inviting at all!
