Drew and everyone at Caliber were great throughout my entire service. Tina kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle. I can’t thank Drew enough for personally bringing my car to my work while I was on shift because I wasn’t able to pick up my car before the shop closed. I would most definitely get work completed at this shop in the future, especially since they are affiliated with Allstate! This whole crew is awesome!

I would recommend this shop to everyone. I have a small scratch from a previous incident that I plan to bring back into caliber for repair once my deductible from this incident is recovered.

From the time I dropped my vehicle off at the shop to the time Drew was kind enough to bring my car to my workplace once work was completed the staff at Caliber were excellent. I was regularly updated on my car’s status without having to call in. Tina was very helpful during this time.

Would like to thank Drew the GM and Tina in making this experience stress free and working hard to ensure our truck was repaired in a timely manner. Tina kept us informed though out the process which gave us confidence that they would take care of us and our vehicle. Everyone was professional with all our interaction I wish I could remember the lady who greets you on check in, she makes you feel welcome from the beginning and ensures your questions are answered.
