The drive to you took an hour but not your fault.

The left light was moved upward and wasn't put back in place. It's only about a quarter of an inch but for me it noticeable.and I found a chip in the paint on driver's door. Cant be 100% positive if it was there before,. It's new but again not sure.

I was kept informed the entire time they were in possession of my vehicle. Upon checking in, I was provided a full written estimate with a detailed description of work to be done. A rental car was ordered for me, so by the time they finished their sign-in process, I was being picked up by the Rental Car Company. Consideration of my time was always apparent and appreciated. The friendliness of all the staff and employees always made feel welcome and comfortable. That is just not common in many business settings today. And that is not easy to fake or pretend... they are just Nice People! I was sent text messages throughout, informing me of the work progress and confirming the length of time my car would be needed. I was again provided with text messages the day before work completion, that verified their time projection was accurate, and my car would be ready the next day. I was messaged the day of pick-up and asked what time I would be there, so that they could have everything ready for me. And the most important fact: The body work was perfect and repair flawless! My car was clean, and exactly the way I left it. I could not be more pleased and satisfied with my entire experience at Caliber Collision!
