I could not be happier with the service I received from Caliber Collision! Lisa and Gloria were amazing. Gloria kept me posted every step. Lisa was the professional and friendly first impression I received. I never met the folks who worked on my 2007 Saturn Vue, but their craftsmanship made my her look like she just dove off the showroom floor. I highly recommend these folks to anyone needing bodywork. They were fast, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. They went above and beyond.

If I could give a score higher than 10, I would give 100. I have told everyone that knows about the accident about how well I was treated by Caliber, Lisa, Glora -Autoclub, Jonah-. I have even shown my 2007 Saturn Vue to everyone so they could see my brand new vehicle!

I’m extremely happy with the service I received with my repair. I could not be happier with the customer service I received from Lisa and Gloria. My car looks amazing! I was kept informed every step of the way. Today it seems like everything takes longer than it did before, but my car was repaired quickly and beautifully. They also made sure I understood that their work was guaranteed for life as long as I owned the car! Who does that these days! I highly recommend Caliber Collision on 19th Street

She was friendly and professional as well as efficient. Gloria was amazing. She let me know exactly what to expect during the process and kept me informed each step of the way. She was friendly and professional. I never met the folks behind the scene, but my car looks brand new.
