I brought my Prius in because my catalytic converter was stolen. They got the part ordered and car repaired quickly and kept me updated via text through the entire process. It was super convenient. Art and the entire team were extremely personable and helpful. There were freezing temps the morning I picked up my car and they sprayed the ice from my windshield and dried everything off which was super appreciated!

Trunk had water in it had to clean it also workers left there water bottles in the car and just dirty and dusty had to get the car detailed very unprofessional won’t be going back second time there but will be my last at least at this location

I had a fantastic experience and very helpful. Jesus made me feel comfortable with the repairs and making sure my vehicle and I were taken care of. Also the whole process was simple, quick and top quality.

Everything was completely seamless! After choosing Caliber Collision, I received a text within minutes stating I could drop off my car. Once there I was greeted my Art, who was very helpful in helping me understand the process. I was offered coffee and was able to sit in a clean warm lobby while he handled my paper work. As the process proceeded, I was updated with text messages and even when I called management was able to answer all my questions. When it was time to pick up my vehicle the receptionist was very polite and welcoming, management helped my with my payment issue so I didn’t have to run back to the bank, and Jesus walked me out and explained the repairs. My overall expertise was top notch! Thank you to everyone that worked on my vehicle to get me back on the road!!

My car looks like new! They also buffed out a long streak on my car! I was notified every couple of days how the repairs were progressing, which I’ve never had happen before. Everyone was friendly and professional!
