I'm going to give them A 10 because they did a over all great job the only thing I noticed wrong was when they put my license plate back on they did it crooked it's not even one side is higher than the other side and it is quite noticeable I did let Jose know when we inspected the car he said it wasn't he straighten it with his hand and I then again said no it's off one side is higher than the other it looks off very noticeable I'm going to see what he can do about it we talked about me taking it back either relocating the license plate and or a new license plate holder but yes it's off and I don't like crooked but the paint job he color appears to be super , great everything matched perfectly .for what i could see i did forget to look under the hood where repair was done also caliber does excellent work .

Im going to rate them a ten (10 ) even though i called to check on my car they would not call back i do know they were busy but a follow up calls would have been nice I was just worried because met life representative stated to me that they would only cover a weeks rental while my car got fixed that is why I kept checking on the progress I didn't want to rent a car but I had appointment for myself and my son other wise I would have passed on a car rental...
