Mainly just because they excepted the lights not lining up rather than give me a call. But when I asked why its not they new that there was spacers before and if I wanted to keep my side panels on I would've took it back for them to redo the tape on it. Service was perfect bondo and paint perfect just assembling needs more work on.

So when I had got hit the lights had spacers but when replaced they didn't add spacers back so it didn't line up with bumper they fixed it no problem then the side panel strip they put on just looks horrible but I plan on removing them either way so no biggie. But repair and paint job looks perfect

A little of a bad experience just throughout the accident from approval to time but I feel she handle it the best she could and kept me happy throught the process even though I might came off a little rude at points

Leslie was awesome. She was really friendly and personable since the get go. She kept me informed the whole time about where in the process my vehicle was and gave me a time line as well. She also called me to fill me in when the parts were ordered and let me know when they expected them to arrive. Overall i had a great experience and I am very satisfied. Customer service was great.
