There is a giant tear in the seat on the passenger side, which was aside that was repaired on the car that was not their prior so I’m very upset

I had a wonderful experience at Caliber Collision from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the repair process. Shout out to Marlon and Regional Manager Craig for being so attentive . They fixed my car quickly, and it looks great. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, and I truly felt they were honest and cared about doing quality work. I highly recommend them and will definitely return for any future repairs. Linda was wonderful and so accommodating to the special needs of my wife Roza. Marlon seemed genuinely interested in my car and even assured me that when the car was outside, the sunblock was put up as I requested, not to mention keeping me updated on the progress of the work. Milton definitely went the extra mile to make sure that Roza and I were delivered home. The car was even done ahead of schedule and looked great. Hopefully, I won't need to take my vehicles to a body shop again, but if I do, there's no doubt where I'll take it!
