May 15, 2026 - From the moment we walked into Caliber Collision, Marlon and his team were welcoming and focused on our needs. Our son’s vehicle was in a no fault accident on a dark stormy Saturday night in early May when a large pothole in the road took out and off the front left tire and wheel and brake hose and suspension causing the vehicle to slide against a tall median curb to a stop. Our son somehow managed to drive the vehicle in that condition off the street and to a 7-11 where he called AAA Towing. Fast forward two days when we contacted our Insurance Company and through that processes, selected Caliber Collison on Meany Street in Bakersfield to receive the vehicle for inspection and estimate. We met Marlon at his facility and we walked to the vehicle to see the damage. At this point Marlon took control and with care and compassion talked us through the visual damage on the car and the process to confirm it. The accident was 20 days ago (seems like a lifetime to us) and through the process, Marlon kept us informed of the prognosis and process. We picked it up today and it looks brand new! Marlon, his team and outside specialists did an absolutely superb job to repair the damage. They even went so far as to have the suspension inspected on the right front of the vehicle and found a “bushing” missing. This likely was missed in the manufacturing and assembly of the vehicle as the vehicle’s only owners. Marlon got his boss to approve the work on this fix and likely helped save time and future damage or worse. Marlon and his team are very conscientious, thorough, and customer-centric. We would recommend his business to anyone with a similar situation and need. You can trust Marlon and Caliber Collision to do the right things to take care of their customers.

This is my first time coming to caliber collision. I’ve seen the big sign on Rosedale and now I know they have a second location of Fruitvale. I know they have other locations because the manager they told me I thought they were locally owned but now I know they’re a bigger company. Perhaps that’s why Hartford insurance sent me there because that’s who they trust on all their claims with their clients it’s been a long time since I needed anything like this, but when I did, I use several insurance carriers in the past that got me through the claim. I’ve used several body shops in the past to get me what I needed, but none at this level from the minute. I made my appointment to the minute. I drove in the amount of service getting me my rental car with enterprise. I’m so glad they worked that tightly together the amount of attention they gave me and information that I would’ve never known without them they even kept adding things by saying we’ll take care of that. We’ll take care of that and they did way above and beyond. I definitely owe a special thank you to their wheel and rim repair. Third-party here in Bakersfield. I need to bring him a box of chocolates and the cost was beyond reasonable, but the results were over the top amazing and they searched far and wide for the parts that normally would take forever and they found them matching everything perfect and even adding so much detail to everything always keeping me with the text up-to-date a phone call anytime I came to visit to see my car they were more than welcome to help me get whatever I need. I’m so excited to get my car back today. I felt like it was brand new and they made my car WHOLE again just like they said it wasn’t just fluffy talk the incident happened to my car while I was at the Fort Tejon Hard Casino, the new one and my new car haven’t even owned it for a week someone backed into me and left so when I came out to my surprise for Tahoe has cameras every 10 feet in that entire parking lot in that entire place all the way out to 99 into Highway five so when I made the police report, they were able to give the police access to security cameras and they found the person who backed into me he did try to leave a note, but it blew off so I thought it was a hit and run at first, but it wasn’t that made me feel better already. Our current county finest jumped into action and found the company who owned the car that the employee was driving and contacted them for me got me all the information so they knew I was calling and they were already ready to help me make my car WHOLE again was there words and I thanked him very much and told them please make sure that you know your driver tried to leave a note. It was on camera even though it blew off before I got there. Everything went like clockwork. I never worried once I knew God gave me this car. He blessed me dearly to have my dream car after all these years my collar, black beauty because she’s black the company who provided the insurance to fix my new car will be blessed, including the gentleman who is driving. The Company vehicle will be blessed for trying. Current county‘s finest will be blessed including caliber collision because they were the final say so on the outcome. Everything was ahead of schedule on all the timing and the service with enterprise Rent-A-Car. I have to make sure people use the two of them together. They are the utmost service you’ll never have to call Uber or someone to help you get your rental car

It was amazing. My young lady her name is black beauty. They turned her back into a beauty just for me thank you Linda and your entire staff. I didn’t get to meet the guys behind the scene, but you have some true talent and you need to give them some bonus and raises extra days off paid in full lol so they can bless their family with the hard work that they do including all of you and the management team from the bottom up most of all God bless all of you and Glory to his name without lord in my life I wouldn’t have what I have today
