I had an amazing, 10/10 experience with Caliber Collision from start to finish. After a stressful situation with our vehicle, their team made the entire repair process super smooth and very reassuring. Marlon, Linda, and their Regional Manager were all incredible to work with. They were extremely communicative, keeping us updated every step of the way. As well they always took the time to answer any questions we had. Their professionalism, combined with how kind, understanding, trustworthy and genuinely caring they were, really stood out and made a huge difference during a frustrating time. I trusted that my vehicle was in the best hands. The quality of the work speaks for itself. The car came back looking great, and everything was handled with care and attention to detail, they even washed my car before giving it back to me!
