Excellent service as always which is why I am a repeat customer. I appreciate not only the excellent work that was done on my vehicle but the customer service I received from the moment I walked in the door. Every person I encountered (Linda, the manager, Marian) they went out of their way to take care of me. Marlan made sure I knew the process and kept me updated on a regular basis of the repairs of my vehicle.

I took my car in on a thursday morning at 8:30 and by 4pm the same day. Marlon had called me to let me know my vehicle was already fully repaired. Not only did he throughly let me know everything that was gonna happen to my car, he also kept me updated all times of the day about what was going on and the estimated time it would be ready. If you ever been in a accident and need repairs i would highly recommend you coming and seeing Marlon Mejia and his team at caliber collision

Angel assisted me with another vehicle a few years ago. I was so happy with my service that I brought this vehicle back to Angel. The return visit did not disappoint me. Angel was wonderful to work with. He kept me very well informed and completed the repairs much quicker than I had expected. When I picked my vehicle up, I was concerned about a few things, and Leonard worked after hours to assist me to make sure that I was comfortable. There was nothing wrong with the vehicle, but he stayed anyway to make sure that I understood the calibrations that had been done and the resets that took place. His concern was that I was 100% comfortable before driving home in my vehicle Both Leonard and Angel have gone above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied, happy and comfortable with the service and repairs. No one ever wants to have to take their vehicle in for major body work, but if that unfortunate circumstance happens, there is no one else I would rather take my vehicle too. I highly recommend caliber collisions to anyone and everyone that needs work done on their vehicle. Not only was I completely satisfied with Leonard and Angel’s service but the office staff was absolutely amazing as well. Thank you caliber collisions!
