I had an amazing experience at Caliber Collision (7617 Meany Ave, Bakersfield). This was the first time anyone in my family had a semi-major repair and our first time going through insurance, so I was nervous going into it. From the start, Jason Folger was incredibly helpful. He explained the entire process up front, answered all of my questions, and made everything easy to understand. They handled everything directly with the at-fault party’s insurance, which made a stressful situation so much more manageable. Throughout the repair, their communication was excellent. They kept me updated the entire time my Tacoma was with them, and the work was completed much faster than I expected. When I picked up my truck, it was freshly washed and even cleaned on the inside, such a thoughtful touch. I also noticed they repaired a key scratch from a month earlier that wasn’t part of the collision damage. That small detail honestly blew me away. When I told my family, they were sold on recommending this location to anyone they know. The repair itself was absolutely perfect. I’m so happy to have my Tacoma back home looking brand new again. The customer service, workmanship, and genuine care from this team made the whole experience far less scary than I imagined. I hope I’m never involved in another collision, but knowing how smooth this process was and having a repair shop I can trust in Bakersfield brings me a lot of comfort. Huge thanks to Jason and the entire team!

Outstanding customer service with a customer focus! I expected to take the car in for an estimate but they had capacity to keep it to start repairs. Jason was professional, courteous and provided timely communications. When an emblem for my vehicle wouldn’t arrive for several days, he gave me the option to pick up my car and come back for the emblem when it arrived. This helped me get back into my car in just a couple of days! I highly recommend Caliber Collision!
