Due to it being the afternoon and the lighting outside when picking up the vehicle I didn’t see it at the time, but once home I noted damage to the passenger rear door and the cab of the truck right behind the passenger rear door. I am disappointed in the quality control because it is clearly visible in sunlight. But due to the hassle of having to go drop off the vehicle again and picking up another rental car, I decided to leave it be

This is my first time using Caliber also my first time getting my car repaired. The staff always treated me with the upmost respect and made me feel welcome. They made the process easy and they got my vehicle done way before I expected it to be done so I was able to return my rental 2 days early. Finally their mechanics did a fantastic job repairing the damage I can't even tell the car was painted or that there was ever damage. In summary if you want your car that was damaged in a collision to look like it just came off the show room floor I would highly recommend Caliber Collision. Thank you to all the people at Caliber that helped me through this process you guys are the real MVPs here.
