Called and ask for total cost so that I could have a check sent from cooperate. Was give total cost, then was call the next day saying our truck was ready and the difference was .01 cent more than I was told over the phone. You would not except the check alone I used my debit card to pay the additional .01 cent. It's sad that we won't be using caliber in the future nor recommending them due to the inability to compromise over .01 cent.
