Orange peel texture paint job Entire paint job right side/anything that was painted was done poorly- Nibs/fisheyes ALL OVER where car was painted Glue/sticky stuff everywhere Back gate closing noise Back gate sides not even looking Tape left in back gate under passenger side light Back driver side fender scratched Passenger side back door: 1. Not aligned 2. Closes and makes a noise 3. 2 Gaps on floor . 4. Window seal on in the side of door not done correctly 5. Paint on inside Back bumper extremely loose Steering wheel shakes when accelerating at high speeds Steering wheel cut on bottom Dent on driver door (was driver side door and passenger door looked at? ) Passenger door hinge area uneven in 2 areas . (Too much paint build up. Seems thick to touch) and not properly aligned If they did a horrible job on the outside where you can see it. What does that say for the internal job they did ? We will be contacting insurance

I was completely satisfied with Caliber Collision since I met my Service Advisor, Joseph Calderon. He’s the best advisor I have ever met. He’s very knowledgeable, professional, patient, understanding, trustworthy, respectful and caring. He answered all of my questions every time, which gave me so much peace of mind. He was always available when I needed to talk to him. Joseph met my expectations and made my experience seamless. I also appreciate the front receptionist, Gladys for all her assistance, phone calls and thorough explanations with the forms. She was patient and nice. Overall, my experience at Caliber Collision was great due to both of these individuals.
