I was very happy with Caliper Collision's service. They gave me an estimate as to how long the repair would take. At first, I was displeased at the length of the time range that it would take, but they came through in exactly the range that I was told, so they did not overpromise. The other thing that I appreciated about them was that there was good communication along the way. They kept me informed. In some ways they did better than what I expected. On the day of pick up, they gave me a time for pickup. I was later notified that I could come earlier to pick it up. I don't know that a company can do better than that, so I would recommend Caliper to a friend or acquaintance without hesitation.

Other than the wait, extremely smooth process. So great not to have to deal with billing. The repairs and staff were very professional.

The only reason I’m not totally satisfied is that it took them much longer than expected. They did explain that the part was back ordered since my car is a bit older - totally understandable! However, I would have preferred them give me a later date and then finished early than an optimistic date and need to push it out again and again. I would arrange for a ride and then need to cancel. I loved the work and everyone was extremely nice - it just made organizing my life a little bit challenging.
