They had scratched the new bumper while putting it in. I have to take it back up there this week. Because they forgot to hook up the sprayer for the windshield wipers. I also had to get a gallon of wiper fluid. Because they didn't replace what they drained out.

I am shocked at how new my car looks. It’s a 12 year old car but looks fantastic thanks to a great job by Caliber. One of the things I liked most was the updates every other day informing me about the progress, any questions or concerns I had etc. very professional and thorough!!! Definitely will recommend to anyone I know who needs body repair work !!! Thanks again to an awesome group of people!

When I first saw it (almost dark out) I would have said very likely. The next day as I looked and others pointed out my bumper ugh not so likely (sorry) I never complain but 9k for some little dings and a couple scratches my car should be perfect. I would think anyway

I called curious as to why the scratches on my bumper wasn’t touched. I believe the estimate total went from 5k plus to almost 9k because more “damage, scratches” become visible when in the light but was told via voicemail the whole car was getting painted outside of my bumper because no visible damage on my bumper. There is clearly scratches on the bumper. I would have thought they would have atleast been buffed out? Tried calling to ask why bumper was not done and was told you guys didn’t know if it was part of the claim. ?? I’m thinking if that was so how did the estimate go from 5k to almost 9k. Plus I let Kevin know not one scratch was in that car before the car port went down on it. Would be nice to hear what I need to do. I would have given a 10 if this was explained to me to where it makes sense FYI my car looks nice and bumper is like sore thumb bitter sweet I guess ❤️😢
