There seemed to be confusion between the store in Jeffersontown and where it was repaired in Mt. Washington. Wee wte first told the car was totaled. Then it wasn't. Then at one point we got a text message that the car was ready and the other store that sent it didn't know anything about it. Otherwise everything was good. Just lacking in store to store communication.

If I had to nitpick one thing I would say that I don’t feel the exterior of my car was as clean as it could have been. I feel like it was just ran through the car wash next door. Had numerous dark spots on it. That was not worth saying I wasn’t completely satisfied. The car is white so everything shows up
