I met with Jeff at initial drop off. There was some miscommunication between the insurance company and the time zones so I arrived shortly after closing time. Jeff understood the mishap and thankfully, stuck around to get me taken care of in which I truly appreciate. Really shows the character of the shop. I met Matt at pickup. Pickup was quick, simple and easy. I called earlier within the week to see if they would have my car done before a certain due date as I was travelling out of state for work and Caliber actually got it finished BEFORE the date I was needing it done. Thank you for the fast and efficient work done on my car! Although I was an hour and a half away from the body shop, I would recommend this location to others for repairs!
