I like to ask questions and to have explanations on what is going to happen/ what was done. Thomas never seemed annoyed with my questions. He was very good about explaining parts and ETAs. He walked through the procedure since someone else’s insurance was paying for damage to my vehicle. Thomas updated me through text messages and calls. He is awesome!

Work looks great. Not happy with the communication and not being sure exactly what step the tech was at with the truck. Also was told I would get a call back by the manager to give me the exact status of the truck. I never received that call back.
