Excellent experience from start to finish. Very professional and customer focused. Jennifer , my estimator was great...she took care to keep me updated and went the extra mile to make sure the job was completed on time...she represents the company very well. Also, Jen the receptionist/office manager was also friendly, helpful and customer focused. The company should be very proud of these two individuals who represented them well. If I have anymore work to be done I will definitely return!

Funny survey. Only two answers! Work was to be done at 4:00 PM on a Tuesday. Ultimately I was informed it was ready on Friday at 3:35 PM. I was informed on Tuesday that it would not be ready. But really, 3:35 PM on a Friday?
