Everyone was really nice and professional. The only thing that gave me pause was that several employees weren't wearing face masks in such a small office. I'm assuming that is Caliber's policy regarding face masks so I just put on two masks and waited outside instead of inside the building.

Caliber Collision was awesome. When I first heard that yall were no longer Bastrop Body and Paint I was skeptical but Jenn assured me it was the same people doing the same work. That being said my car was in the shop from November 22nd til today. Jenn, Ms. Dawn, Zach, and myself had to fight with the insurance company multiple times but we got through it and regardless of our frustration they never took it out on me and also didn't seem upset with my phone asking
