Communications with State Farm were challenging as they are out of network. I was also very frustrated to receive calls for scheduling from Caliber headquarters when I completed scheduling locally. I was upset to be contacted by Enterprise rental car after dropping off my vehicle. I believe this was a breech of my privacy. I emailed Caliber headquarters regarding this and received no response.

Their team did an excellent job on getting my bumper replaced and pulling out the damage that was also done to the trunk of my vehicle. Mike was super informative and kept me completely updated with the process as they worked on it and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Definitely will continue to work with them if we ever need to get any work done again. Highly recommend because of their ability to stay on top of keeping their customers updated as they go through each step and the friendly environment they have there!

Extremely happy with the customer service and the timely service the company performed for fixing the dents & cracks in the vehicle. The paint job was unremarkable for the cars age! We are very pleased with the work that went into helping us. Mike went above & beyond our expectations! They even washed my car mats and vacuumed the carpets!!!!!! The employee was friendly and the communication over the course of the repair was very good. So compliments for that. As far as the repair goes: The paint on the door doesn't match the rest of the car.. Its close, but in the sunlight it's more noticeable. When the rear windows was installed, I would have expected the rear camera to be reattached but it wasn't.

It looked like there were still small scratches from our accident just past where they did work that they could’ve at least paint corrected or something.

They were extremely friendly, but there were some communication struggles. I wish there was some sort of app to check progress and timing so I didn’t have to just wonder. They also made us pay our $750 deductible even though it was supposed to be waived. Turns out it was paid for by insurance, Caliber just charged us anyway so now we have to wait for their accounting department to refund us.

I did not like the 1800 number who called Gave wrong Information from local place first Time said I could take in for estimate and that was not true. When I had to reschedule they kept calling me after I already had it worked out with local shop. Keep local and don’t use 1800 service makes too many calls and gives wrong information. Everyone local was nice and helpful
