Communication was terrible waited two more weeks the promised and raised the bill by $1400 said the price increase was due to the car needing to be calibrated (you should have and did know that. We also have a hood open warning light wasn’t that way prior to going in.

While out of your control, when the compressor (?) system went down and then the calibration team did not come when expected this led to an extra 4 days without my car and an extra 4 days of rental fees

First off, I was able to get in the next day. The end they finished what I needed within 30 minutes. Save me on a part that I brought in that I thought I was gonna have to replace. That I did not. And everyone there spoke to me and seemed like genuinely cool people. I’ll definitely be going back.
