Repair done well. I can accept delays, but would like more advanced notice. Also, I am not satisfied that Caliber didn’t follow up with the scratch on my door as they committed to contact me after talking with the manager. My suspicion is that they would hope I would not pursue

Repair was done well, but noticed a few new minor scratches/dings around the body of the vehicle that I believe happened while the vehicle was in their position . I pointed a small ding/chip on the driver door to caliber at time of pick up. Was told that they would check with manager and get back with me. They unfortunately never followed up.

Very professional staff. Would have given 10 rating if they followed up with me on the door scratch where paint was removed. Also, my delivery date was pushed on 2 occasions due to staffing
