Car was laid up in the repair shop for nearly 3 weeks for a very minor repair and shop was not concerned about our situation where we are renting a vehicle Never again and informed State Farm agent of experience

I almost didn’t use caliber collision because the employees at a different location were extremely rude when I went for an estimate on a separate repair (which I had done somewhere else entirely). However, all of the employees at the bay St. Louis location were very friendly and helpful. I felt like they were taking care of a member of their family! They called and texted me each week to keep me updated. They had my truck finished quickly and on time. It looks fantastic. I appreciate the professionalism! I will use them for any future repair needs and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs.
