At first it was a little iffy with the completion of the vehicle but I understand how people can get busy and what not. The car was fixed amazingly and great customer service when I asked questions about my car as well as trying to get it done faster. keep up the good work

I had my car there last year I was hit from behind it was Advanced Collision and I was satisfied then and I was very satisfied now. I thought it was someone else's car it was very very clean and shiny nice people

This would have been a 10 had I not discovered a scraped rear bumper and tailgate that no one had contacted me about. I don't know whether the Allstate adjuster was the one who should have mentioned the problem, but in any case, I would have hoped that you might have alerted me to the condition.

Caliber Collision in Bay St. Louis is the best! We have used them twice now, and my husband and I had terrific service/communication/professionalism both times. The Manager, Mike, always kept me updated about the status of my repairs and was a dream to work with. He was concerned about our Toyota Camry, and made sure we were absolutely pleased before we drove away. Terrific customer service!!

I still have a few dashboard lights on, and after replacing the front part of my car my headlight and it was not set straight so it point downwards and I have absolutely no wiper fluid which I wish they would have filled after replacing.
