Your company took an unfortunate event and made it seamless and positive. Tyler was amazing. The communication from Tyler and Bob was on point. Kathy at the front desk was friendly and professional. The outcome was exceptional. The detailer did an outstanding job (I forget his name) and everyone who worked on my vehicle!!! I always hear poor things about interactions others have had with collision places but not at Caliber! Your motto is a true statement...you do RESTORE THE RHYTHM to a customer's life. I am beyond satisfied and the outcome exceeded any expectations I may have had! Thank You Caliber!!
