Unless it was an absolutely emergency, I would suggest that the friend fix the vehicle themselves before coming to Caliber.

Body work was fine, engine was not addressed. Staff did not seem knowledgeable. I had to take to another shop to complete work. I would never return to Caliber for anything if given any choice, certainly anything beyond body work.

Everyone I dealt with was polite. I had to call repeatedly for updates and overall there was no sense that I was a priority and sometime I felt forgotten.
