Scratch on drivers side door after being picked up from the shop that wasn’t there prior to me dropping it off. Pink paint also found on the bed of the truck that was not there prior to being dropped off.

The whole team there made the process great start to finish. My only recommendation would be to maybe use a shipping carrier that does a better job on keeping them up to date with tracking. A small detail everything else and the install was great. Also the transportation back to my house and being able to leave the rental car at caliber collision after I was done was a good perk.

Shorty was the best. She made sure that I was fully aware of all of the details with my car. She ended up having to push the completion time back, which was perfectly fine, but as soon as she knew she immediately called and talked with me. I applaud her communication and problem solving. I have to waste my gas and go back up there because now my trunk is needing to be slammed to shut it for some odd reason and my window on the door that was fixed is stuttering and having a very hard time closing so I am pretty dissatisfied
