The experience: customer service from initial contact , to drop off, communication during repair, and delivery were satisfactory. My dissatisfaction ( I brought up the concern when picking up vehicle) is there is a significant gap between the headlight and bumper ( the repaired area) and the edges between the bumper and fender are slightly unaligned. Later that evening at home (while checking headlights in garage) I discovered my hood no longer soft closes, I had to slam it shut when before all I needed to do was place it down and press to secure.
