Everyone there was so friendly, and caring. They listened to what my complaints were with the other body shop and addressed all of the issues I had. They did a wonderful job on the repairs and kept me in the loop every step of the way. My car was returned to me cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. I would definitely come back for all of my body repair needs!

I am not a survey person, but I felt so inclined to answer this one because of the service I received. The star of the show was the communication. At no point was I ever left to wonder what what going on, who was working on my vehicle, and what I needed to do next to help the process along. It's of course no fun and super annoying to deal with autobody damage of any kind, but these guys just knocked it out of the park. I hope I don't need to come back, but if I do this is where I'm going. Cannot say enough positive things about the staff and experience. Cheers!

I was presented the second page of a two-page document and asked to sign it. When I asked for the full document to know what I was signing, the response seemed a bit curt. There was also information in the document that directly contradicted what I was being told verbally, and I asked for clarification, but that does not make me certain which is true.
