I was presented the second page of a two-page document and asked to sign it. When I asked for the full document to know what I was signing, the response seemed a bit curt. There was also information in the document that directly contradicted what I was being told verbally, and I asked for clarification, but that does not make me certain which is true.

The vehicle looks brand new where the damage was and they even went above and beyond to make sure that the new paint blended with the original paint on the other parts of the vehicle.
