The staff at Caliber were very efficient, the repairs were done within the timeframe as they said. The techicians done an excellent job on the repairs, updates on the progress was shared timely with the owners by Shorty, and the front office staff were all very helpful and very friendly. Awesome job. Shorty kept us updated weekly on the progress, up to the end. Only finding, Tim noticed the hood doesn't close all the way, there's a slight gap.

The team was exceptional from start to finish! Christy at the front desk was so empathetic and helpful when my insurance company advised I needed to pick up the vehicle asap. She stated that was not the case and was happy to help if another time or date worked better for pick up. Shorty was knowledgeable and professional- keeping me updated at every stage. My car looks great with the repairs requested and they were so quick! Thank you, Caliber! I’ll be back.

It was a very pleasant experience from the time I stepped into the building to the completion of the repair. I met Christy first and she was personable, knowledgable and very attentive in answering all my questions. My interactions with her and Martin (he picked me up from my office to take me back to Caliber Collision to pick up my vehicle) were phenomenal. I highly recommend this business as they are professional, very helpful and kind.

Christy was great throughout the entire process and Shorty kept me updated all along. Dealing with an accident is a stressful situation, but caliber collision eased all of that stress. Very satisfied with my experience. Dropped off my work vehicle for extensive hail damage repair, appreciated the constant updates via text on changing completion date, and interactions with all staff involved was very pleasant. Will be bringing my work and personal vehicles back in the future!
