Ed was so kind and very thorough when explaining the process of repairing my van. He was so patient when I asked questions and never made me feel like I was wrong for asking. He is how all customer service personnel should handle themselves. I appreciate his kindness. My van looks great. The front desk lady all the way to the repair guy absolutely wonderful crew. I was treated very politely and they did an amazing job. I was very happy with the work. Hunter also was a super nice young man, very knowledgeable and very courteous and polite.
