Upon receiving my vehicle everything looked perfect but after driving for about few minutes I noticed 3 deep scratches on my steering wheel that were not there before and also noticed a small dent on my the side passenger door that was not there before I dropped off my vehicle. I am very unsatisfied because I dropped off my vehicle to get repaired and it comes out with more damage!!

My suv was not fixed. The insurance company didn’t want to fix the most important part of the suv that was vandalized. Leo your customer service representative was great and very helpful. In every way he could. It was just the insurance company decision not to fix the truck.
