I had an outstanding experience at Caliber Collision. Blaine was top-notch—clear about every step and kept me updated on orders, progress, and timing. Blaine was very professional and answered all of my questions about the repairs that were made. He was possibly the very best repair technician I have ever dealt with. I will ensure that USAA knows we are in good hands at Caliber Collision. Zachary Taylor, the general manager, was professional and very attentive as well. He is managing an outstanding team. They answered every question and returned my car in mint condition in just three days. I truly appreciate the care and would definitely return. The receptionist was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable, I am sorry I did not write her name down.
