My experience with Caliber Collision has been great. They were professional and helpful. Shelton was my main contact, and he was very nice and kept me up to date on the status of my car. I really appreciate the service he demonstrated as he drove my car to my house nearby and picked up the rental due to a schedule conflict of mine. A new part for my car was not located in time for the completion date. However, Shelton said that once they have the part in hand I could come in at my convenience and it would be installed in the matter of a few minutes.

Joey was super communicative about the timeline & repairs needed. My truck was finished in a timely manner & looked wonderful. The interior even looked better than It looked before I brought it in.
