I got a call saying my repairs would take longer than usual due to slow shipping on parts. I was so surprised to get a call 8 days later saying my car was going to be done that afternoon. Everyone was polite and made the process go so smoothly. I will recommend you to anyone who needs a referral.

Everything about the repairs are amazing. Shawn made sure the licenses plate frame was at least similar to the custom one that was on it before. Jamie has done a wonderful job matching the existing. His paint skills are truly top notch. Staff was great. My first contact was with Dominick. After I gave approval to start the Dismantling for estimate, I never heard from Dominick or anyone again. I drove into the shop Thursday just to see how it was going and found out it would be done the next day. I did find it very nice and convenient when Chris told me Caliber could deliver the car to our house and on the short notice. Overall amazing experience with time and quality. I can get pass the lack of communication because the drive is still in no shape to drive, and I really thought we were still at least 2 weeks from the car being completed. Please send a huge thank you to that people that took care of my car while at your shop.
