Its a good thing Caliber has a guarantee or they would have terrible ratings in my case. Had to order better parts and took a long time but the car looks nice finally. I understand they are busy but dont sent out sloppy work guys. Take pride in your work.

Caliber had to redo the work and then do it again. Took one week for a poor job then another week for the two other redos. Caliber paid for a rental during redo. Mel the manager was very professional about making it right. In the end the car is done but took longer than it should have for body techs to do a good job.

After our repair was complete, we noticed a couple of issues that we wanted further addressed. We took the car back and expressed our concerns. Those concerns were addressed immediately with the promise that the car would be returned to us the same day. Amazing communication and very helpful!

If we could rate this an 11, we would. The customer service and communication is absolutely top notch. Stacey and Melanie were constantly giving us updates throughout the entire process. And were very helpful receptive when we expressed the minor concerns after getting the car back the first time. The employees were always very welcoming and professional.
